As a high technology company, Sonic Foundry has special needs in a
facility – from amenities, look and feel as well as location.  We’ve used Gelbach on an exclusive basis for over 7 years as we’ve outgrown past locations because they understand our needs better than anyone.  In a high growth company, our time and money is precious.  Gelbach effectively managed the process from start to finish in each of our projects and successfully negotiated points in the transaction which I believe other advisors, and ourselves, would have missed.

Annette worked with us to define our space needs and constraints and then went to work searching for available space that fit our criteria, setting up appointments for me to look at the best prospects, and negotiating all the details involved with the lease and build-out plan for the space we chose.  Best of all, the tenant representative is paid from the building owner’s fees, so there was no cost to us.
